Agreement
By visiting or using pokemonbattlegrounds.online you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
What this site is
pokemonbattlegrounds.online publishes a playable embed, how-to text, and related pages about Pokemon Battlegrounds (also known as Pokemon Battle Advanced / PBA on itch.io). It is a free informational and entertainment site. It is not a download store, not a wagering product, and not an official channel of Nintendo or the fan-game authors.
Independence and affiliation
Pokémon and related marks belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. The playable project embedded here is a free, non-commercial fan game by Daigan Games on itch.io. We are an independent third-party site. We do not claim ownership of the game, its trademarks, art, audio, or code, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
Embedded games
Playable frames load from third-party hosts such as itch.io / itch.zone. Availability, saves, and in-game rules can change without notice when those hosts change. We do not guarantee that an embed will open on every device, network, or day. Comments and updates on the original project live on the itch.io page.
Licence to use our pages
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view and use this site for your own non-commercial play and reading. You may not:
- Copy the site design or text wholesale and present it as your own product
- Scrape or overload the site in a way that harms availability for others
- Remove credits, affiliation notices, or legal links
- Use the site to distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Misrepresent yourself as Nintendo, the fan-game authors, or as us
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, attempt unauthorised access, harass the contact address, or use the service for anything illegal where you live. We may block traffic that looks abusive.
Advertising
Pages may show third-party ads. Ads are labelled where practical. Clicking an ad is optional. Do not click ads as a way to “support” the site in a fraudulent way; that violates ad network rules and can get accounts banned.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that in-game progress has real-world value. Catch rates, badges, and battle outcomes inside the fan game are fiction inside a game — not a prize, payment, or legal result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, pokemonbattlegrounds.online and its operators are not liable for lost time, lost data, device issues, or third-party game downtime arising from use of this free website. Where local law does not allow a full exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent that law permits.
Intellectual property
Site chrome, original guide wording we write, and our layout belong to the site operators unless noted otherwise. Game assets, titles, and logos remain with their respective owners. Fair-use discussion and embedding under host terms do not transfer those rights to you or to us.
Changes and termination
We may change, pause, or shut down parts of the site at any time. Continued use after a terms update means you accept the new terms for later visits.
